Consultation for Mandatory KSeF B2B E-Invoicing Launch (21 Feb – 1 Mar)

Type: Legislation

The Polish Ministry of Finance has announced nine public consultations from 21st February to 1st March ahead of the 2025 launch of KSeF B2B e-invoicing, following the delay of the initial July 2024 deadline. The consultations will cover safety, performance, consumer invoices, and industry-specific concerns.

The launch date for 2025 is expected to be revealed by late April or early May, likely in July to avoid conflicts with year-end accounting. To address scaling issues, external consultants will be appointed, and extensive working groups will be established to ensure progress.

While no major changes to data schema or deadlines are expected, some adjustments under review include delays in fines imposition and B2C e-invoicing. Support measures, including public consultations, training programs, helpline services, and guidance for foreign companies, are being implemented throughout 2024.

Effective date: Feburary 21st
