Kyrgyzstan ETTN e-invoicing January 2023

Type: Legislation

Including all live reporting of electronic invoicing on the ETTN portal Kyrgyzstan’s State Tax Service has confirmed that starting on January 1, 2023, all enterprises must use the Electronic Invoice Note system (ETTN). Since May 2022, it has been in effect for the oil industry.

Sales invoices must be issued to clients electronically and registered with ETTN.

Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) are being implemented on electronic invoices in line with a global trend. E-invoicing is already required in many other former Soviet Republics, including Kazakhstan.
