Poland February 2026 B2B KSeF e-invoicing update

Type: Legislation

Poland’s National E-invoicing System (KSeF) will be mandatory for large taxpayers from February 2026, with smaller taxpayers following in April 2026. The Ministry of Finance faced technical difficulties during the testing phase, prompting a reduction in test loads. The Ministry will begin its final consultation on KSeF in October 2024, with updates to the FA(3) schema and clarification of how KSeF will align with EU standards. The Ministry has also extended industry consultations to address VAT deductibility, invoice attachments, and offline QR code generation, with plans for a revised launch roadmap by early 2025.

Effective date: February, 2026
