July 2024 brings a National e-Invoice System (KSeF) B2B Mandate, triggering a new public consultation. Two legislative drafts are under consideration.

Updated technical regulations cover QR Codes, new authorization/authentication methods, including those for VAT RR and VAT RR CORRECTION invoices, and methods for marking invoices in KSeF, especially in case of system failure or unavailability. 

Changes to invoice issuance regulations include new guidelines for VAT-exempt invoices within KSeF by 2025 and documentation standards for continuous services invoices (e.g., utility supply transactions). 

Stakeholders are urged to participate in this pivotal consultation, influencing the future of KSeF. Watch for updates as this tax technology landscape continues to evolve.
