Luxembourg makes progress with the mandatory electronic invoice

The Luxembourgish government announced a national law on December 13, 2021, outlining the gradually mandatory requirement for companies to provide electronic invoices to government institutions via the PEPPOL network. The implementation will begin in May 2022 and end in March 2023, depending on the size of the organization. This rule amends the B2G electronic invoicing law of May 16, 2019.
