This is the first webinar of a series of two, which focuses on the need of awareness within the tax team regarding the importance of digital transformation.
Digital transformation of the tax function is often considered to be a worry for the future. This, in combination with different definitions of digital transformation and tax technology, often leads to miscommunication and jeopardizes the future sustainability of a tax department due to a lack of quality data and efficient processes. Given the digital developments at the tax authorities, this mindset is no longer considered appropriate, although changing this is a challenge.
During this webinar, our colleagues Jasper Verkamman and Zoe Li will discuss how to create an aligned definition of digital transformation along with a sense of urgency towards digital transformation within the tax team as well as being able to discuss this with other stakeholders within your organization. From a practical perspective, they will address the digital transformation examples of MNEs they have come across in the market.
