Maximize Your Board’s Potential

TPA will be attending the annual Maximize Your Board’s Potential program at the Harvard Faculty Club on the 12-15 of June. This year’s edition will address all important aspects of board governance, including global governance, risk management, and the ethical dilemmas of 21st Century board work by looking at the latest and most relevant Harvard Business Cases, such as Tesla, Walmart, IBM, and more.

During the intensive four days, eight thought leaders including professors from Harvard and Virginia University will share their experiences while discussing the most recent Harvard Business Cases.

Our CEO, Steef Huibregtse, and CFO, Raymund Gerardu will be running a tax-relevant workshop that will provide insights on how to talk tax in the boardroom.

Some of the topics addressed during the 4-day program include:

1. How to translate US practices to European governance?
2. What are the global oversight challenges boards worldwide face in disruptive times?
3. How boards can deal with innovation, global ventures, agility, and emerging technologies?
4. How to make good decisions in moments of truth?
5. What should be on the board’s agenda from 2023 onwards related to shared value creation?
